MOOSE

Just one measure of the success of our Fall 98 Hunts is the photo top-left. Five Hunters and five Bulls. The photo also gives you a good idea of the size range of our Moose. The following photos are a few other highlights of the season. We also got some amazing videos of the hunts and kills. Our 99 Video should be ready by February.

And the work begins. Herb guided the Hunter to this prime Bull. The Bull was also very careful, it took three tries over a week to get a chance at him.

Frank called this one out then it was time for our Hunter to do his job. And he did it very well. Siegbert's 4 shots at just under 200 yards dropped the bull a short distance from where he came out of the bush.

Christian killed this Bull about a kilometer away from where the Bull at left (Siegbert's) was taken. Both had fresh wear-marks from a recent duel on their Antlers.
